RAF Upwood Is based in Cambridgeshire.
RAF Upwood was built in 1917 and 1936.
Was in use 1917–1919 and 1936–2012.

Lets start with some history.
Upon opening, there were no permanet building at the airfield. By the summer of 1918 a number of huts and five hangers were in place It was in this time that the field was renamed RAF Upwood.

Now RAF Upwood sits empty and buildings in a state of Decay. This was a nice evening explore lots to see and lots to take photos of.
